Chahrazad Abdallah is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG-UQAM). She holds a PhD in Management and Organisational Studies from HEC Montréal. Her current research focuses on the processes of production, dissemination and legitimisation of knowledge within business schools, from a critical decolonial position. She is also co-editor of a special issue of the journal Organization on the question of race in organisations and how it is articulated in the regime of neoliberal racial capitalism. Her recent work has appeared in Management Learning, The Routledge Companion to Qualitative Research in Organization Studies, The Routledge Companion to Anthropology in Management and Research in the Sociology of Organization.
